It's always good to move your body a little. No matter wether you're sick or not. I mean, there are no excuses- you can't wait untill you feel bad and depressed to start jogging, joga, swimming or whatever.
And yes, I'm still doing my exercises. Can't see any negative effects. On the contrary, I have more energy, better mood and I can see results of yoga on my own body. Inhale, exhale, inhale...
